Here are the most common things founders ask before we work together. If you're asking it, others have asked it first.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Start with a Brand Audit. Two to three weeks, and you'll know whether the brand is the issue or just the surface. Most engagements start there because the answer changes what you do next.

Do you only work with startups or scaling companies?

We work with founder-led businesses that have grown past the start-up stage and are scaling into the next one. Sector-agnostic, but always founder-led. The common thread is growth that's outpaced the structure underneath it.

What if I already have a brand strategy or identity?

Then we start by pressure-testing what you've got. If it's misaligned, the Brand Audit will show you where and why. If it's solid, the work is making sure it holds as you scale. Either way, the answer comes from the findings, not the assumption.

Is this a one-time project or an ongoing partnership?

Both, depending on what you need. Most engagements start with a defined piece of work, usually the Brand Audit or a Brand Strategy. From there, some clients go quiet for a year and come back when the next decision lands. Some bring us in as ongoing partners through Brand Management. The structure follows the work, not the other way around.
